I absolutely HATE the dentist. But my teeth needed some serious work done, so I decided to try Concept Dentistry. Now that I have, I will NEVER go to another dentist. EVER! The staff is beyond AMAZING at making one feel comfortable and relaxed! Dr. Mat is amazing as well! If you hate the dentist, give these guys a try. I promise you wont be disappointed!

Regarding my moms visit. First when she went in they switched hygienists on her with out telling her first..which the hygienist they put her with she didn't want because she doesn't clean the teeth very well and this time was no different. My mom still hair stains on her teeth when she went home...just like the previous time she had this hygienist. The stains on her teeth DO come off for the most part because all of these years she has b en going to the dentist every few months and never had problems before. Yes they put on her file that she only wants to see Sam because she actually does a thorough

I had to have a tooth extracted. Their charge? $330. The dentist that did mine? $215. That's a big difference! Plus, I asked them not to provide any treatment that my insurance did not cover. Guess what? Yup! They charged me for an x-ray, saying they had to take an extra one. Why didn't they talk to me before just getting the x-ray? Also, why is their price for a tooth extraction 1/3 more than someone else's?

The staff at Concept Dentistry has to be the best in the business! What a passionate and hard working crew. Everyone there is extremely friendly, kind, and courteous. They make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable from the second you walk through the door. They are all very personable and you will find it very easy to strike up a conversation with any of the staff. Their local hygienists, Ashley and Kayla, do an excellent job and are very thorough with a soft touch. I never used to enjoy going to the dentist. My past dental cleanings at other offices would leave me with a sore mouth and gums
