They did an excellent job installing windows in my whole house. They finished in one work day. The window fit perfectly and look as if they have always been there. The value was excellent 33% cheaper than other quotes. The wait to receive the Windows from the manufacturer is a little longer than normal but at no fault to the direct window team. It is evident that Jim takes great pride and joy in his work and he is very knowledgeable in the product.

Great experience! Jim was a pleasure to work with and very prompt at returning phone calls. We live out state and needed windows replaced in home we rent out in the Akron area. Other companies required us to come into town and meet with there salesman so they could upsell the windows. Jim listened to our needs and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Windows were installed in a timely manner and look great! I highly recommend Direct Windows if you are looking for a good local company that you can trust.
