Dive Alliance
Freedom was never free, and you are the next generation of armor who was protecting the rights of our citizens. Sometimes the sacrifice that seemed simple, ends up being just the opposite; not death, but the capacity to live. Veterans who have experienced life debilitating injuries, amputations, PTSD, MST, or worse, come home to the unknown.

That new life can be fraught with obstacles, stereotypes, and rejection. The Dive Alliance was created for a veteran like you who may be facing challenges, who needs relief. Dive Alliance is a non-profit corporation serving the needs of disabled veterans. Dive Alliance was started by a group of dive instructors to help give veterans the opportunity to experience scuba diving.
Services
I have really wanted to get involved with this for a long time! shares Jay Barth, current Dive Alliance President. Mark Cook started the dive program. We started doing one class, at 8 am, with one or two students. Now we are doing three classes, that are full. We built it up, and started doing trips.
Individual donations are a vital part of our mission to provide relief to veterans. Your contribution, whether $10 or $500 goes directly to our local service men and women who have been impacted by their injuries that can be seen and those that can't. Your silver scholarship will help provide training materials for scuba instruction for veterans.
James Murphy, military veteran. When he came home from battle, there was no detox from war, it was just over, all of the sudden. There was chaos, for both him and his family. He once had an incredibly bright future, with a job at Quantiqo as a Career Counselor and public speaker. After his service he has experienced absolute rejection from corporate America because of the invisible scars of PTSD that he bears.
