The whole experience from start to finish was top notch. Very easy to use web application that easily tracks order status, art work etc. The turnaround was super quick a d my husband LOVES all three custom shirts I had made for him. I se t did vital images and used their sublimation printing. They have all sorts of customizable promotional items. I'll definitely do business with them again.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Owner stopped responding after the job was incomplete and they completely ruined the product we had left with them to print onto. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They are terrible and then ignore you. AWFUL

In my 15 years in the promotions business I've never dealt with such incompetence! All I needed was 20 patches with heat seal backing...a week later and after numerous emails and phone calls to Sam (he's supposedly in charge) I was told my patches would be ready at noon today! So I show up at noon... patches are not ready and no one knows what's going on. Sam says 5 minutes then 30 minutes... 1 hour and 45 minutes later Sam comes in with my patches. I'd like to say The End but nope... the patches have no heat seal!!!!!!!! You guys are the worst. THE WORST!!!!

I went to Promogator for some custom watches they did an amazing job, it took 2 weeks but they got there on time no other company could deliver the item for the price and quality thanks guys look forward to work on the next project!

Ignacio and Sam were extremely helpful with my mini-project. I was only looking to get 9 shirts printed and on shirts that I already owned. Every other print shop in the area I reached out to said no and deemed my order too small. PromoGator was nice enough to take my business even though it wasn't a bulk order. It really helped me out. The t-shirts came out great! Initial communication was a bit slow, but besides that I was very pleased.

PromoGator delivers excellence with speed! They were able to develop the tooling and plates and provide samples in a few days. We worked with PromoGator to select and test various inks and surface treatments to ensure the printing on our product would hold up in a harsh marine environment. When it came time to have production parts printed, PromoGator expedited our order to get our parts to us the next day. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the PromoGator team!

Sadly enough, I hate to give one star to any business because I understand how busy a business can be and how much social media can influence others to bring their business to you if you're ranked poorly. However, with this business I attempted to contact them many many times (probably called 6 times and emailed 3) to inquire about their pricing and a sale that I had placed weeks before calling in. I needed several items done in a very short period of time. I was very impressed by the quality of service and work they provided! Ignacio was very quick to understand what we were looking for and delivered everything on time. His staff member Zak was great to work with.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK WITH PROMOGATOR. Extremely unprofessional work ethic and response times as well; I have been guaranteed many things from Ignacio, the owner, and he fails to hold any of his promises. I have asked several times for our tracking numbers and also asked him to confirm that our product would be done by a certain date, but unfortunately he lies ALOT about where the product is and if it is or isn't complete. I was desperate to find a domestic resource that could turn the project fast. I had a project

I want to echo what Stephanie's review said as we had a similar experience. The owner at first was very helpful and willing to work with us as a small business so we were looking forward to working with Promogator. Unfortunately, as we continued to work with the owner/company it became increasingly negative and ultimately hurt our company in many ways.

The owner would commit to doing an order, after we asked him if he would be able to given their workload for the week, and say it would be done at a certain day/time and then that would completely change. Multiple times we showed up to his

Called on a Sunday to get pricing and turn around time for 10 shirts for a bridal party that I needed in a couple of days....they accommodated me in a turn around time of 24 hours and had the lowest prices out of several other OC print shops I had called. I'm happy with their work and they were very professional.

I wish I could say I had the same experience as the others, however, this was a very disappointing experience. After driving to their place of establishment, we met Ignacio, who seemed helpful even though he was taking calls in between our meeting (no biggie).

He asked that we give him a couple of hours to search for the best deal and give us a proposal. After countless calls, follow up emails and text messages, Ignacio disappeared and could not be contacted. We are going on 48 hours and still have not heard from him. It's rare that you come across a standout company like Promogator. I had the pleasure of working with Ignacio for years while I was working at an internet start up. We collaborated on several projects and each time Promogator came through with excellent customer service and quality finished products. I'd recommend Promogator to anyone looking for promotional or print services.

One of my first mistakes in business. I had my entire inventory of tshirts neck labeled here and didnt check their work or verify my shirt count before I left and left a large bag of shirts there. Ive tried more times than I can remember over the last few months to try and get a hold of the guy so I can pick up my shirts but he answers the first call and ignores the rest. The worst part is the quality. About half of the neck labels are completely and unmistakably crooked. A good percentage cant be read because he used light ink on a light garment. Not to mention some of them washed out! I wasnt

Promogator is a great service if you need to help in marketing and advertising. They have an array of products which can help market your company. I've done few projects with Promogator and they have been nothing but great service. They have met all deadlines for me even if I give them short notices with my projects. I can always depend on Promogator and if you want good quality work and reasonable prices you should go visit them. Ignacio the owner will go above and beyond to get what you need done and will deliver it himself to make sure things are done correctly and to your standards. I
