Impressed from start to finish with using Tru Plumbing. The customer service, communication and professionalism are top notch. Ashley provided all the details I needed to know and more. Tom came promptly and was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with the septic line and went through all the details of the job to be done and the day was scheduled to complete the work. The day of the job, Tom, AJ and Drew arrived on time and the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Updates were provided throughout job. We were having septic tank problems and we needed to connect to the public sewer system. In order to do that we needed to have a sewage grinder pump installed. Tru Plumbing is an awesome company and I highly recommend them for any plumbing problem I can’t say enough about how A J and his team helped us to finally get rid of a big problem. AJ and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our main water line and related other work. With their state of the art underground drilling equipment they were here and gone same day and if we hadn't been present when the work was done we wouldn't have known they were here. We thought this dreaded procedure would destroy our neighbors front yard and our back and side yard areas but as I said you wouldn't have known they were even here and no damage to any of the surrounding landscape. Friendly, informative and professional. I don't normally leave reviews but this company is well worth reviewing

I highly recommend them! We had a plumbing issue on a Sunday, and hoped we would find someone to come out Monday morning. I read their reviews & how others said someone always calls you back. Less than an hour someone did and first thing Monday morning Tim was here fixing the problem! He took the time to explain everything and the rate they charged was better than I hoped! Again, I would highly recommend them!
