We had a great experience with TWG! We needed a bypass shutter for our back sliding door and Norman was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. Norman was quick and efficient; he came to measure our door the same day and had the shutter ordered right away. As soon as they received the shutter, they scheduled the install for the next day. I went to TWG Friday. I spent a lot of time looking at fabrics and asking questions. The customer service was exceptional. To my surprise, I received a call today, Monday, to tell me my 2 cushion covers were ready to be picked up. They are absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use their services again.
