Services
Three Rivers Orthopedic Associates prides itself on delivering only the best in quality, compassionate, and dignified care. Since 1964, it has been our mission to provide exceptional care to the patients who choose us for their orthopaedic needs.
It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of one of our founding members of Three Rivers Orthopedic Associates. Dr. McClain, Jr., was a 1948 graduate of Monaca High School where he played football and baseball. He attended Valley Forge Military Academy in 1949 and graduated from Princeton University in 1953 with a degree in biology.

Ankle sprains are one of the most common injuries seen in orthopedics. This injury usually occurs after a traumatic injury with the turning or rolling of your ankle inward. This is also known as an inversion injury. It often happens on an uneven surface or it is caused by instability of the ankle. Chronic issues can lead to degenerative arthritis in the ankle and increased risk for fracture.
