Well every organisation has its pros and cons:-
Pros:-The company gives opportunity to freshers. The work culture is good and the office perks are cool. There is never a dull moment. You will continually meet meet new people and build your own network. The management guides and allows you to use your own imagination and innovation to complete the work. Your approach and ideas are welcome here.
Cons:- Considering the tight cash flow in the initial establishment phase, one might have to play multiple roles at once. Personally I consider this as an opportunity rather than cons.
