Complete inorganized group of clowns, hired them on the recommendation of the state to help if you get a permit, I was told one price and it would take 2 to 3 months, the price was almost doubled, they kept charging me for alterations that were never really altered, jeff Was completely incompetent and could following basic instructions by the state of Hawaii, they kept asking for information and All he did was argue and never provide the requested, the only thing he did was double, triple charge me for his services. At the end I had to pay a private company to finish up my permit, instead of 1

Dr. Okoji and his team provided expert inspection service and a detailed report for my wife and I that allowed us to make an informed decision.
