Excellent service and professionalism by Caroline. Caroline was sincere and helpful from begging to end. Just the type of person you need for buying your first home. She was flexible with timings and availability visiting properties on the weekend. She gives her honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. Caroline goes far and beyond the call of duty when she is working for you!! Not only is she a hard and very knowledgable realtor she is also very honest.
We interviewed a total of 3 realtors and Caroline was one of them recommended by a family member who had just recently sold their home with her. My husband wanted to hire our old realtor, the one who helped us in buying the house a few years back. But, Caroline came prepared for the interview, she had done her research of the comps, the area (Temescal Valley), walked our home prior to giving us an estimated number of what our home was worth
