Chose Artifact because they are local. First impression walking into their shop showed me they take a lot of pride in where they work. Neat, organized and knowledgeable!! I made a few changes to my order and they facilitated those changes very quickly! Also, came in with a design in mind and Artifact took it a step further with an even better design using their experience & creativity. Very happy with the final product!! I will be back for any future projects I may need done!

The small little shop packs a lot of personality. From an antique(functioning) sewing machine, spacious collaboration counter, high-tech embroidery mech and occasional k-9 greeter the place is inviting and encourages you to be thoughtful making any on the fly changes or additions. When you work with the talented staff you'll get a ton of creative input and options. I had a hard time making up something too elaborate for what this shop can accomplish.
