We engaged Axon Homes to build two new very modern Architect designed homes. This was my first home build and I was nervous about the process but George and Kylie offered wonderful intel into what would hold value and be great for resale.
After handover from the architect, we instructed Axon to value engineer selected materials and finishes, to bring the project in on budget without spoiling the design appeal. We made a significant cost saving and they managed the cost and program very well.
I had a wonderful time during the build and I can’t wait to start my second build with the Axon team

My experience of completing a major house extension with Axon Homes was unfortunately very disappointing. I found the project execution very unprofessional, experiencing numerous issues and defects which were frequently overlooked or denied by Axon Homes.
The project’s defective workmanship to Australian Standards, after repeated denial by Axon Homes was eventually taken to the Building Commission, who issued a Building Remedy Order to Axon Homes to correct the defective works.

This is our first home renovation and we were very glad to have chosen Axon Homes to complete it for us. George and Kylie made the whole experience as pain-free as possible. George is a great project manager. He made sure he kept us up to date on progress and always had on hand, very useful and practical options to solve problems/issues that crop up.
