We had a small electrical fire. Trying to get these people to pay for it was terrible. The lady even tried to convince us to have a handy man come in fix it instead of making a claim. Why do we have house insurance??? We got a quote for 2000dollars and they were not satisfied with the price. We got so sick and tired of fighting with these people that we just paid out of pocket for the us to get it fix. It is electrical it needed to be fixed.. we have no electricity. I was so thankful for eli eletric that came out and fixed it and took care of properly. Thank God we had some of the material to fix

Ben did a great job helping me and my family find auto and homeowners coverage at a much better rate that what I had been paying. I have been an off and on again, customer of Bay View Insurance for many years and they have always been great with customer service. The building just got remodeled it needed a face lift its nice and inviting inside, because it looks and feels like you are walking into a home not a business. The ladies inside are always pleasant and helpful answering any questions that you may have. The only complaint is the parking at the office is very limited because of a tiny shared parking lot.
