Went there today to check in out while I was in Henderson, they didn't have a lot of pool tables but that's okay, I was looking at the pool cues. They had a lot of selections of cues to choose from but you can always purchase from there catalog. The staff was nice and courteous, she asked me right away if I needed help. What I like was their layaway program, 10-20% down and pay whenever you can. Good stuff right there for anyone on a budget and want a new cue. They also sell chalks, balls, racks, cases and other accessories for your pool table and pool cue. If you're around Henderson

Spend your money elsewhere! Still waiting on my pool table, they said that due to COVID they are running at least 6 weeks behind. No big deal we are now past 6 weeks and the only time they communicate with me is when I call them and every time they say "It will be on the truck next week". Today they said at least another 2-3 weeks. This is the worst customer service I have seen on a long time. Zero communication and have missed every time line THEY made. There are too many other places in town to waist your money here.

A little unorganized in the pool cue section and the sales person you get might be one who doesnt know cues. Do your homework prior to going here. They get props for giving out discounts to veterans though.

I recently moved, so I had Billiard Factory come out to do a table installation. They have previously installed the same table 2 times in previous moves. After waiting an entire month for the installers to come out I was told within about 5 mins they could not install the table because it was not the correct hardware (the same hardware they installed in previous visits), this was after the first 4 mins were spent with the installers insulting my table, banging on the slate, then stripping one of the screws.
Icing on the cake they charged me $100 fee since they came out!

Super nice place, only gave 4 stars because I was there almost 5 minutes before being greeted in an empty store. Not much for small talk either Will be a returning customer, so far it's been the best place for my billiard needs. Very reasonable prices and they have some of the most beautiful tables.

I had a great experience shopping and purchasing at this location of Billiard Factory. I worked with Joe Elwood, he is great, highly recommend talking with him before making a pool table or shuffleboard purchase.
Both tables (shuffleboard and pool table) were delivered and set up with no issues. They were handed over in perfect condition, level and ready to play. The set up team were East to work with on placement of the tables.

I needed to have my table taken apart and moved ASAP for some construction work at my home. Although they were not able to help me with the request, due to being short-staffed from Covid, the manager gave me an alternate contact who was able to help. Very helpful and friendly, and when I need something else in their wheelhouse I will definitely make them my first stop.

Extremely satisfied with the service and products at this location. I purchased a pool table and some other accessories and couldn't be happier. Shelly was very helpful and made sure everything was in order. I will definitely return here for my future billiard and game room needs.

Way Overpriced And lousy service. Showroom is ghetto and poorly laid out . We were going to buy a pool table but the salesperson obviously didnt like our budget as his commission wouldn't be enough . Avoid go elsewhere.

This store was great ten years ago when I bought my table. They were great three years ago when I needed them to move the table to the upstairs. They were great this week when I needed the table moved back downstairs. The guys showed on time and were very professional and considerate. The office was very prompt and knowing of their business when I made the service appointment.

Pool table is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

So we took the plunge and purchased our first "real" pool table despite being square footage challenged. The entire buying experience was fun, informative, and stress free. The best was yet to come though- this morning Bradley and Ehrin showed up to deliver, install, and patiently listen to our dogs bark incessantly while they worked in our kitchen/living room/dining room combo. Both gentleman were professional, worked clean, and provided awesome insight. I look forward to my husband coming home tomorrow night from his work trip to see his dream turned into reality. Super happy. I never grew up with the money to have a pool table in my home. Now that I can kind of justify such a purchase I'm glad I went to the billiard factory. All of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging without being pushy. I was going to purchase a very nice Presidential model that was well displayed and very attractive. After some discussion a couple weeks of thinking and some thought on the pros and cons I'm happy to say I was talked into getting an Olhausen that was on sale. I ordered bar stools for my kitchen and had a hard time finding what I wanted. I stopped at the Billiards Factory and they had a very nice selection and exactly what I wanted. Delivery took just a bit longer than I had anticipated and I had to call to get the delivery date but they were very accommodating and friendly. The stools are wonderful and go perfectly. They are built quite well. They have free assembly and delivery which is awesome. If you need a nice set of bar stools I would definitely recommend stopping here.

The absolute worst customer service in all of Houston. I've made three major purchases there this year and each time it's like pulling teeth to get them to follow up or contact you regarding deliveries or order placement.
It's truly hard to convey how poor of a job the do taking care of customers through this review. I've conducted my final transaction with this business.

They have darts and supplies and are really nice to work with!! I recommend stopping by and checking out not just the wall but also check out the glass cabinet for more in darts!!
