We offer data recovery services. In most cases we can recover your data locally, but we do offer 3rd party professional lab recovery services. Removing malware properly can be time consuming and is not without its' dangers. If done improperly a user could lose some or all of their data. Removing infections often requires much more than simply downloading, installing and running an Anti-Virus application! If you don't know, talk to a pro! This service is specifically for servers running Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and their associated Windows based workstations.
In most cases we can recover your data (pictures, documents, spreadsheets, Email, QuickBook database files and more) and restore the data recovered to a USB storage drive. All data recovered will be scanned and Malware removed prior to return. We also offer advanced data recovery options for Windows, Apple and Linux environments (including server or desktop based Raid systems).

I had an older gaming PC that needed upgrading. I bought all the components for the job, but I've lost all interest in working on PC's and decided that I'd just pay someone else to assemble it. I brought everything to this shop and first impressions weren't great.
Rod had an arrogance and was oddly condescending, but a lot of electronics enthusiasts are, so whatever.
He quoted me at $100 for the job. Pretty pricey for less than an hour of work, but I really didn't want to do it myself.
For those who are familiar with hardware, the CPU I left him with was an i5-3570k.
He informed me up-front

To put it simply: Rod agreed to do the job. I visited the shop, we discussed what I wanted, he told me what it would cost and how long it would take, I agreed to that. I went out to my truck and brought in the PC and components, left everything with him and it wasn't until a week and a half later that he sent me a text message, telling me that he would be declining to do the job.
He's very colorful in his responses, making a tremendous effort to defame anyone who leaves

These guys saved me two weeks and a couple hundred dollars on recovering my data from off an old XP computer that had died! I was in Gresham at one of the retail stores and they told me they would have to send it back to some lab and that it would cost anywhere from $200.00 to $300.00! I drove past Red Devil Computer's shop, went it and they told me they would look at it and if they couldn't get the data off there be no charge! A day later they called me up and said they got off all the data, put it on a storage drive, scanned it for Malware and I was all good to go! All for a fraction of the cost

Had Rod take care of my laptop that my kids destroyed, and I was surprised to come back only a week later and have a laptop I thought was brand new waiting for me. Really impressed by the work he did for us, and he was a very friendly guy. My family will always support local veterans, and Rod is a welcome new addition to the Sandy/Boring area! (:

We have an office in Estacada with a staff of ten. We needed our old network and desktops replaced and heard about Red Devil Computers from a Facebook ad. We were hesitant at first due to the name, but their IT Consultant came on site and we were impressed by his knowledge and years of experience. We had them basically over haul everything, from our aging network, server and desktops to the applications we use. We had gotten a couple of bids prior to meeting with them and they came in well below the others and we're very satisfied with the results! We like the fact they're a locally owned family

For the past two years my office has worked with the folks at Red Devil Computers and we're very happy with the service they provide. We get our IT issues taken care of promptly and we'll continue to use their services. Their owner has been around for thirty years and can assist most businesses with just about any IT or computer needs they may have. I'm an older Vet and I like supporting other Vets and their businesses, I hope you will too!

I don't trust someone willing to fix a computer for what it is worth. Please don't charge people over 80 years old 150$ to get rid of malware when the computer is worth 150$. I expect this out of geek squad and others but a small town comp shop. C'mon
