I sent an email a telling Sergio the size of the wall and what I wanted. 2 rows of the windsor block and the cap block to go on it. He gave me a price for all of it. I gave him my credit card # and paid the extra to have it delivered. The pallet was all wrapped in plastic, and I figured the cap block was on the bottom. He sent too many windsor blocks and no top cap block. When I called him back he said that I'd have to return the Windsor block and the pallet it was on and pick up the cap block myself. They would not come and get the 28 extra Windsor and deliver the cap block top without another
