I hired SimDex and Geoff Myers to do a website for me in 2014. The payments were split into 3 payments of $1200 each and were to be paid as the site neared completion. When I paid the 2nd $1200 in 2014 I was told the site was at least half completed. 2014 went by, 2015 went by and 2016 went by and still no site done. He kept telling me it was close and even asked for the last and final payment from me and transferred the site to my domain. I refused to pay the last payment until I saw the site working. Geoff then sent me an email stating that he was stopping the work on my site, per the contract
