Legacy Arbor Care is a family owned professional tree care company that services the greater Austin area, with the capability of traveling outside that footprint for larger, specialized projects. Our philosophy on tree care combines real world experiences and continuing education through affiliations with the International Society of Arboriculture and the Texas Forest Service.
We feel it is the combination of this experience and continued education that allows Legacy Arbor Care to stay creative while bringing your trees the health care they deserve. After graduating, Brent was recruited by a nationally known landscape company, where for 11 years, he managed the Austin based tree care division.

Services
Legacy Arbor Care is an award winning, family owned and operated full service Round Rock tree care company that services Austin and the surrounding Hill Country area. We are Certified ISA Arborists and strive to do one thing, and do it better than anyone else. We can help you keep your trees and shrubs healthy and disease free.
Whether we are pruning deciduous, evergreens or ornamental trees, pruning can create the most dramatic change to your property. Pruning is the most popular service offered in the tree care industry! From pruning young trees to establish proper branch spacing to removing hazardous dead limbs from a large heritage oak, pruning is a great way to keep trees healthy, safe, and valuable.
At Legacy Arbor Care, we feel the most important aspect to professional tree care is in the arena of insect and disease control. Not just any Austin tree trimming company can visit your site and single out the causal agent for tree decline. In many cases, there is not just one reason for the decline of a sick tree.
Most Austin Tree Removal Companies would not admit this, but we never enjoy removing trees. In urban settings, we cannot afford to allow a tree to come down by natural processes. Whether the hazardous tree is near a playground, parking lot, house, or some other structure, carefully and safely getting the tree to the ground is important.
When people think of soil management, in many cases they automatically think of simple fertilization. Many tree and landscape companies simply apply a basic nitrogen fertilizer to trees and shrubs then move on to the next issue. We don't do that. At Legacy Arbor Care, we understand the soil environment is a complex situation that holds the keys to total plant health.

Legacy assisted me for several days clearing the back of our property, which included a lot of tree removal and cleaning up of oak trees. Every day, they arrived on time and communicated with me regarding the day's activities before starting work. The crew always put in a full-day's work, and other than scheduled breaks, I never saw them idle. For a big project like ours, we got a lot of added value from their winch and chipper. The winch to pull trees and limbs to the chipper was much more efficient than hand-carrying things, and it allowed the crew to be much more productive than

I went to town on my big crepe myrtle thinking that would be tough part. Turns out chopping up all the cut limbs and branches was waaaaay more work than I was capable of doing with my hand tools. I called and they brought the tree chipper by later that day to do the work that would had taken me hours or days. They even cleaned up the debris, including the mess that I made!

Brent (the employee, not the owner) came out and gave us an estimate to remove the dead wood from many trees and one large Live Oak that had fallen over. We went with the daily rate for two days because of the number of trees. The three man crew worked as a team and stayed on task. It looked like each member of the team knew what the other two were doing so all the efforts fit together to get the job done efficiently. They chipped the wood into their truck so we did not have mulch piles do deal with. They did a good job of cleaning up including a small brush pile we had made.

My tree received prompt attention since it was huge and landed in a precarious position. The staff arrived on time and accomplished the work in just 2 hours. A few days later, they returned to reduce the stump so that it is about 10 inches below grade. The hole was packed with grindings that remained from the stump. My backyard has never looked so good. I am on the list for another tree to be removed due to it being a possible danger to my neighbors' fence. The service was great, the workers were polite and efficient and the price was right.
