Joseph said he would give me a free estimate before I had any work done. But after quoting me $145 for one line I decided against it. He said fine and left. Then came back to ask for money for work which he hadn't done at all! Said it was a "service fee"!!! He left within 10 minutes and had no tools or equipment, and I stood with him the whole 10 minutes, so HOW and WHEN did any work get done?? He did NOTHING! RIPOFF FRAUD!

I didn't have a good experience with the father, Joe, but the son, Justin, contacted me later. He apologized for his dad and truly wanted to make it up to me however he could, and I plan to take him up on his offer next time I need a plumber
