Wish it was negative 10. Cab 24 1/3/22.... Cut me off on a 25 mph 2 lane road just to get to a convenience store with no public bathroom then got flipped off by said cab driver. I'm a local. I endorse riding apps after this. Do something about the licks ya get. Too many bad drivers doing too much. Dude lucky I don't wanna do another bid. But he really did tempt me.

Well it is my opinion that the overall best customer experience is with Catch a can taxi and not with Radio City..if Radio Coop would care more about the quality of the vehicles..cleanliness..operational..a/c and heater working..as well as have more drivers available to sharten wait time, then they would be in the top position in my opinion

At this point this is without a doubt the worst company I’ve dealt with . I call everyday and I mean everyday just to wait 40 mins to hour for a taxi in a city where I know there’s always a taxi available. They ask where you are going on phone call but when drivers pull up they know nothing. They are prioritizing rides which is sad and illegal it’s first come first serve

Their customer service is horrible. I called to get a ride and the lady who answered the phone was the rudest person. After I repeated myself three times she asked me if I was by some store. Then, by a hair place . I am sorry If I don’t know where I’m but ma’am that is no reason to interrupt me and tell me your getting me a ride and hang up. I called at 10:37 am and had work at 11:00 am. Taxis I look before only had a 15-30 min wait and it has been almost an hour till they picked me up. At least the driver was nice.

On time and the driver was very nice and very informative and the image of the driver was very nice and the car was as well.
One of the nightly lady dispatchers could be a little more courteous and not so rude speaking.
The #131 is a awesome person.
Ms. Ashley is as well.
The gentleman that drives the little electric car is pretty good as well 😉.
