Scheduling: Builders & home owners may fax, e-mail, or call for stocking and service scheduling. We would like at least a 3 to 4 day notice for stocking and 24 hours notice for touch-up work. We feel this is necessary to best serve our customers.

Rick and his staff were very quick to respond to our dry wall repair "emergency." I cannot say enough about how high the quality of repair was, the reasonableness of pricing (and NO hidden costs) and the lightning fast process from return call through to completion of work. We were blown away by the extreme professionalism of his staff. They treated our place like it was their place. Superb repair and made sure none of our items in the room were impacted by the repairs. Fantastic experience and very very high quality of repairs. 5+ Stars!!!

So here's my first--and only--contact with R&D Drywall. I called and talked to Rick about a couple rooms I needed drywalled. We had a good talk and he offered to come by at 7:30 the next morning to take a look at what I needed. It was great that I could get the ball rolling so quickly.
Next morning I'm waiting for him at 7:30. Nothing. 7:45. Nothing. I finally call his landline at 7:50 and get his voicemail, which gave me his cell number. I texted him to see if we were still on. No, he got pulled into another project that morning and he'll reschedule. He asked if I want to meet in the afternoon
