We think the king size with 6 drawers has been a great bed frame. We have had it for 10+ years with no problems. We have moved twice and completely disassembled it, and re-assembled it. The bed is sturdy and a good height. The 6 drawers added a ton of storage which has been perfect. We use plastic bins to store winter clothes and blankets underneath, which has worked well. The bed shipped to us quickly. The company answered several questions when we were first assembling it, and was pleasant. If you need to add storage, then buy this American made bed.

I own one of these beds that was purchased a few years before i acquired it. The bed is now 16 years old. It has been moved three times now and is still in excellent condition. I gave the queen to my son and just purchased a king. I am hoping to be just as satisfied with the new bed as i was with the old one. I am giving this a three star only because i have yet to receive the bed. I will update this review at the end of January once i am stateside and the bed is received...

I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews here so I thought I would offer my experience to give a little more balance. My wife and I have owned the 12 drawer bed since 2014. We have no affiliation with Anderson's. Our bed is pine with walnut finish, queen size, bed platform, no drawer in the the middle storage area, no side tables, no headboard.
What this bed IS - a great storage solution for bedrooms where an additional dresser in the room isn't possible or practical and is made in the USA. It is solid; there is no movement or noise like you get with frame beds. Assembly is straight

I'm so sorry to report that as excited as I was about the design and hopes for a great organized bed, I was just as disappointed in the end. I had a terrible experience with the owners after the new stain color they offered was sent to me with a sloppy job and it rubbed off on everything. I spent 6 hours of my time lining the drawers as I would not put anything in them they way they were. They only re-imbursed me my costs for the liners. They seem to feel because they had a free shipping and taxes promotion that I should eat the difference so they didn't incur loss. They seem like they are old

I would happily give this company a 5 star review however, if they don't answer the phone and there is NO voicemail, if you do get them on the phone you don't always get a answer back within a short time frame let's say the same day.
The million of pages of instructions are just unbelievable. I am at my "twin size dresser" 1 of 2 and it has taken 5 hours. and I am not stupid. I wish that they would offer a contractor installation service in MICHIGAN since that is where the company is founded.
Oh on a GOOD note Lois is GREAT. She will work with you.
