A little about me (Kelsey), I have a strong addiction to coffee (Lorelai Gilmore would be proud). My two puppies (Penelope Lane and Charlotte Rae) rule the roost. She has personally done over 100 weddings, and countless events over the past 10 years! I am an open book so slide into our DMs, just a warning I am full of terrible dad jokes and I speak fluent sarcasm!
We do more than design with these flowers, we curate the stems, containers, ribbon and floral products from quality suppliers to make sure our wedding and social event clients are getting the best products and overall curated look for their event days!

We loved getting to stretch our creative muscles and do one of the largest installations to date we have been able to create! It was over 900 black, gold, and white balloons over 3 rooms with swags and streamers to really up the Great Gatsby vibe balloon garland for this New Year's Eve shindig. We got to play around with at this client's home and create the best balloon garlands to complete their Great Gatsby bash!
Most of the planner's websites you've looked at so far are super great and have lots of pretty pictures, but they just don't quite fit you or your wedding plans. You might be feeling a little too quirky and non-traditional. So are we! We welcome your wildest ideas, and are happy to offer alternatives when your ideas don't fit your budget.
We have had the absolute honor to plan weddings from Memphis, Nashville, Little Rock, Oxford and beyond! Check out these wonderful humans we have had the pleasure of working with the past few years! Our inspiration for this styled shoot came directly from Central Station Hotel itself! It used to be an old train station, so we used that modern industrial vibe and ran with it!

Kelsey was a DREAM to work with and the best day-of coordinator I could have ever imagined. On top of that, her florals were to die for! I truly could not have made it through planning a wedding during a pandemic without her down-to-earth and matter-of-fact help. I would recommend her services a thousand times over!

KELSEY. Where do I even start besides thanking sweet baby Jesus for her?! The talent this lady has is unreal. Between effortlessly putting together floral pieces to just hanging balloons from ceilings and making sure your ideas come to life. She is necessary for every event in your life. & I’m not I even kidding. You will want to hug her. No doubt!

Before beginning planning my wedding, I never thought I would need a planner because I am so “type A.” I can’t even describe how wrong I was. There are so many things that go into the actual day, and if you don’t have someone working behind the scenes that knows your vision, I truly don’t think it could be done. Kelsey from Conner & Co made planning my wedding the easiest, most fun process! She is so organized and has an answer for everything! She was always available any time I had a question and would get back to me so fast. She also did all of the florals for our wedding and they were beautiful. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Kelsey and her team is. I hired them by suggestion of our photographer and it was worth every penny. We planned our Memphis wedding from Houston, TX and Kelsey was perfect to help us narrow down vendors by giving us suggestions of people she’s enjoyed working with but also listen to what we wanted and made suggestions based off of that. From the very first call with Kelsey I knew I would have to look no further. Not only did she help plan, keep us organized from rehearsal to the big day but she was also my florist and decorator! Connor & Co is your one stop shop! Kelsey and team are insanely talented and was able to pull off my dream wedding ceremony/reception when I wasn’t even sure what I wanted—True miracle worker! Kelsey is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She was my coordinator and florist all in one! She’s easy to get in touch with and is talented in the floral department. My wedding flowers + arch were gorgeous and she had great accessories to add those last minute touches! She does a great job of understanding what you want your theme to look like and guides you through some difficult decisions. It was cold and rainy on our wedding day and Kelsey & her team made the event go smoothly and it was perfect! My bustle on my gown broke and she had a case of safety pins

Working with Kelsey Connor was a dream come true! As a long distance bride, I was worried about how I would get everything running smoothly for my Memphis wedding while living in Texas. The answer was Kelsey. As a day-of-coordinator and floral coordinator she was everything we needed and more, the entire wedding day was magical and I didn't have a single worry.
