One of the best AV services in town! had Paul come over for an installation of my home theater and mount a few TVs. It takes his team less than the estimated time and the work was done very neatly. Paul recommends me one of the best and affordable ceiling speakers I have ever had! The sound is crystal clear and it does NOT break the bank at all. Not only that, the whole system was extremely simple to operate and control across multiple devices such as remotes and your phones. I have tried different AV services in town but none of them completed the work with this much satisfaction from 1Touch AV

Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. i used them several times and it was always difficult to get a return call. the last time , Paul, the owner operator ordered me some dance new remote control for my entertainment system, which was north of $600, and after he set it up he said, if you need me to make any adjustments on any of the input, just call me and I can do it remotely. well the remote control looks nice, but it Hass to be charged every night which is terrible, because if you forget you cannot operate your TV your music your Apple TV etc. until it's charged, and it doesn

Paul came out to our home to look at our old audio system and to install a new Sonos amp and some KEF speakers on the outside wall of our home. After he reviewed my system, he made recommendations on what I needed and gave me a quote. We ordered the new Sonos amp and once it arrived Paul arrived to do his job on time and professional. Paul rewired my entire system correctly and installed the new KEF wall speakers where there were none. Well, Paul did some work on our 2 year old sound system on a few occasions. He took the time to explain how things worked and we ended up buying some additional components from him. After everything was installed we were left with an unacceptable out of sync sound system.
There is about a 1 second delay between the audio and video on our main TV, the one he worked on. He came back to try to make it better and was able to improve it just slightly. After a few days the problem recurred but WORSE than ever. He did not have a solution. It is so disturbing to watch that I can no longer use that

1 Touch Audio and Video did such a great job for me last time, I decided to have them install some Atmos and new surround speakers. My wife was super nervous about cutting holes in our ceiling. They did a fantastic job and it sounds amazing. Thanks Paul for your recommendations!

I contacted Paul last week to install two outdoor cameras in my house. He showed up on time and gave me a very reasonable quote and came back to install the cameras. Paul is the owner of this business and is very courteous, professional and installation is perfect. He came back to check if the cameras were facing the right direction and we highly recommend him. He also does other low voltage audio/ video installation inside the home.

Update: new rental needed a TV hung on wall and Ring doorbell custom install. Only had to make one call to Paul. He did an awesome, clean custom install for both. High integrity. I highly recommend One Touch! !

I have used these guys twice now. Both times, I have found them to be technically savvy and reasonable priced. If it's mounting a TV or installing a full AV system, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Pacific Sales, Home Theater division in Rancho Mirage recommended Paul.
