They were so friendly and efficient, and my carpet looks brand new again. I was impressed with how dry the carpet was when they left, and it was perfect to do just as winter is setting in, now my home is clean and cozy. I would definitely hire Allen Rapid Dry again.

BEST business I’ve lucked into!!! There’s a reason Allen Rapid Dry has such a high rating on Google. These guys have the best customer service in town!!! Not only are they incredibly responsive and attentive, but their technicians are wonderfully thorough, professional and kind!! I cannot rave about this business enough. I spoke with one of the owners, June, and she was absolutely marvelous. So patient and kind, June walked me through the process, answered ALL my questions, got me an estimate and, within minutes, she scheduled our carpet cleaning. I have used many carpet cleaners throughout my years and was floored at the cost of carpet cleaning in Alaska. Price wise they are on par with several other companies. Here is where I was impressed. I had three rooms with fairly clean carpets, and no pet stains. I expected they would come in see the condition of the carpet and just do a quick once over, but no. They got out the shampooed and treated my rugs like there had been a years worth of frat parties on them. I mention this because it is nice to see they did not cut corners and just try to get in and out and on to the next call. They gave

I own an apartment building and with all the foot traffic on the entry carpeting and as dirty as the carpets were, I was afraid that I was going to need to replace them soon. Mr. Allen and Brandon came in and got them looking new and said that I have years left before needing them replaced. I've had Greg out to my home 3 times now for various work ranging from carpet cleaning to upholstery cleaning. Not only has he done excellent work that far surpassed my expectations, but he is a pleasure to have in the home. That may seem less important to some, but I'm very careful who I allow into the privacy of my home and I don't want people there that I cannot have an immediate trust with.
