Reeds Cove Health & Rehab
Reeds Cove Health and Rehabilitation is a unique Skilled Nursing Facility, designed to give each resident a sense of home and independence. As comfortable and appealing as your own home, Reeds Cove features private bedrooms and bathrooms, warmly decorated living and dining areas, and a professional rehabilitation team. We are 2017 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Bronze Award Winners and a 5-star rated CMS/Medicare facility.
Services
All the rooms at Reeds Cove are beautiful and spacious with large windows viewing out to residential communities, ponds, and beautiful trees. Enjoy oversized beds, the widest in the industry. And each room has individual heating & cooling systems that is controlled within each room.

To help make your room feel more like home they are furnished with carpet, wide screen wall mounted television, hard lined telephones with free long distance, and some have built in bookshelves. We encourage residents to bring their own mementos and furniture to decorate their rooms. There are three houses that provide focused medical care to our patients at Reeds Cove.
We regularly plan extra special activities that include: musicals and dance performances from Wichita State University students, wine and cheese tasting parties, bunny hops, and afternoons spent with dogs brought in by the Human Society. Our annual watermelon seed spitting contest is a community favorite, much to the embarrassment of family members.
Our professional staff consists of certified physical therapists who are dedicated to applying innovative clinical pathways that ensure each patient receives the utmost in care, on a personalized level. The therapy department is open seven days a week for the convenience of our residents. We work 12 hours a day so we can schedule time for therapy when the residents are at their best and when they can get the most out of therapy.
Reeds Cove Health and Rehabilitation serves as an exemplary long term care facility. Not everyone has the opportunity to return home and we want to ensure that those individuals feel right at home here. We strive to meet your highest potential to continue living a full and active life. Our Social Service Department works hard to support residents and families in all their needs whether they are medical, physical, emotional, or social.
Nursing care at Reeds Cove Health & Rehabilitation aims to provide the best care possible. From the moment you arrive, we want you to know that we are here to provide the best care possible. We start with an individualized welcome in to the building. We present you with a welcome card that gives you a personalized code for you and all of your family and friends to use.

My Grandmother was there a few months ago and this place has really gone downhill. They are using temporary staff and I would not recommend.

Extremely nice facility. Very modern and seems more like a hotel than a skilled nursing and rehab facility! Most all the rooms are private All rooms and facilities are clean, comfortable, and well air conditioned. Family and friends are welcome 24 hours a day...you can even bring pets in to visit patients! Highly recommend this place for all skilled nursing and rehabilitation needs for your loved one.

This place is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. The attention to my Mom has been diligent. They have stayed on top of any health situation that has arisen. She was in another facility 3 weeks ago and the difference is unbelievable. Will recommend Reed's Cove to anyone needing this type of care.

My mother has been here over 2 years and everyone has treated her and us like family. I live out of state and they let me stay in her room during the time I'm here which is very nice. They are all concerned and loving people and they do their job well. They have gone above and beyond. We are very happy to know our mother is being taken care of the right way.

I loved the resident's there! Administration does not care for their employee's or hold up to their standard of "ILEE". And the employee's that do are not treated with the same in return, not even in a professional manor. I was very let down there especially all the overtime and hard work myself and other's have put in there. I personally do not recommend working there unless corporate handles what they need to in admin.

There staff Mel, Teresa, Denielle, Leslie, Kristen, Ellie, Ruth, Genielle, Liz, Dr. Liepins, Amber, Jessica, Becky, Crystal, Vanessa, Simon are all Fantasic! They gave taken excellent care if my father. Their food is great as well as nutritional. Their beds are new and very comfortable. There's no place like home although I think Reed's Cove is as close as it gets!
