Bowenwork/Bowtech is unique in the field of bodywork. A Bowenwork session consists of several series of gentle moves through light-weight clothing or on bare skin. This gentle technique stimulates the body to direct its healing attention to the targeted area. The healing may occur at all levels as needed: physical, chemical, emotional, mental, and/or energetic.

My clients come to me because they are tangled up in one way or another with the worries and burdens of life. They emerge having a sense of solidity, peace, confidence, and healing they had thought was unattainable.
A car accident injured my low back. Being a competitive masters runner, I was thrilled to be able to continue to train shortly after the injury. In fact, I found my body was recovering more quickly from my normal workouts. I started racing again; to my amazement, I set 8 personal records in a row in distances ranging from 1 mile to the marathons.
These sessions can be profoundly relaxing. A sense of inner peace and tranquility frequently follow for hours, or even days after the session. Continued sessions can bring about physical healing, emotional and mental balance. An increased quality of life becomes more and more part of the recipient's life experience.

I had a Reiki session with Laura, and I have never experienced anything like that before! It was the most relaxing and healing energy that can, quite frankly, be described as nothing short of magical! The ambiance was fantastic! Clean, serene, calm... with the sounds of nature, soft music, water - all while being surrounded by beautiful crystals - again magical !! 😊 Her professionalism, experience and compassion are top notch. I left feeling elated and rejuvenated! If I could rate 10 stars I would. Do yourself a favor, and book a session with her. With all the chaos and uncertainty going on

I had stress, low concentration, shortness of breathing, and stress in the stomach area. I decided to take a session with Laura, she is a super kind person who has an excellent knowledge of her work. It was really helpful right after the session things changed. I felt the negativity leaving my body. I started filling my lung with a pure air and that helped increasing my focus. THANKS

I went to see Laura because I had some strange symptoms that included internal electric-shock like sensations, neck pain and insomnia. I had only done Reiki once in the past and had liked the experience, therefore I wanted to try it again. Ever since I started the therapy, it has been very helpful for me, especially in terms of maintaining a better state of mental health. I feel that the Reiki and Bowenwork help me stay balanced and focused. I feel so relaxed when I leave the therapy that I feel like I am walking on clouds. Laura's reiki 1 training was absolutely phenomenal and life changing! I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning reiki. She covered the history and taught the process in a very engaging way, and was incredibly supportive emotionally as well as practically. Her interest in her students' understanding and growth really showed, and she's a wellspring of energy and passion for reiki! I hope to take her reiki 2 course as soon as I can!

What can I say? I was in a dark place, struggling with overcoming a substance abuse issue, unhappy & lonely (even with a loving family by my side), performing a job I hated, unable to enjoy the things I normally enjoy.
