Chemical Equipment Labs was started in 1979 in Richmond, Virginia and had expanded up the east coast of the United States to call Pennsylvania its home base with expanding satellite locations, depots and warehouses. In late 1991, Chemical Equipment Labs then became a master distributor of Highway Rock Salt, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride and Urea.
