Give me all the miles I care to run. Everyone I've met has been wonderful. My dispatchers are the best, never sit waiting for a load and typically have a backhaul ready when I start my load. I think all around it's a great place to work.

I am so grateful to be a part of this great family company. I have seen this company come so far, its been so great to see the growth and changes over the years.
This by far has been the best job I have ever had. I work with some of the best people in the world, we are like family.
This company truly puts family first, drivers are treated with the upmost respect. We definitely have the greatest team from the Office staff, Shop staff, Owner operator and company driver. All working together makes us the best of the best.

I started working here in October and this is by far the best trucking company I have ever worked for they really care about their drivers and the pay is great you can make good money and still have a life and time with your family.

I have been with F&W going on 3 years ! In my mind if you are an O/O IC in the Augusta area, F&W is where you should be! Small family owned company, willing to help any way they can do both driver and company are successful and happy! I hope we continue to grow and hire more drivers, for a company like them only deserves the best! Very driver friendly company and I am a driver speaking from experience!

Good pay and very friendly people to work for. Family oriented. Been working here over 10 years now and many others have worked even longer.

Truck number 980 obviously doesn't know how to back up. Been partially blocking the entrance/exit at Pilot for over an hour when there's plenty of spots. Is this the kind of driver you employ? Shameful and disrespectful to other drivers. Took pics but they won't attach.

Scumbags. Went out to do a road call and they tried to run out on the bill. Very dishonorable people. Said I wouldn't charge them if they had it towed and instead another mobile service called me asking what I'd done thus far. Screw them, and the 1.2 million mile truck they rode in on.

12 years with F+W and am still liking it there . Small compared to giants like Schneider Werner Swift etc but much better . No prolonged time on the road , always back to Augusta . Good equipment and good people to work for . Pay is decent . We have many drivers who stay with F+W . Longevity pays off . They have come a long ways. I remember the old days when the founder Charles Willis was still in charge . Rough times back then . I recommend this company for drivers willing to do their job giving it the extra effort it sometimes takes .
