The women there are nice and professional but I am honestly so disappointed with my results with kybella. Three rounds and several months later, there is no difference. Very disappointed because this is my biggest insecurity and I was assured I was a good candidate for this kind of procedure, that there would be results.

I usually dislike doing the tattoo laser removal because it's so painful, haha.. but my experience with Logan has been pleasant & wonderful. She's very informative and makes you feel super comfortable! I'm currently doing tattoo laser removal, upper lip laser hair removal, and underarm laser hair removal. My experience has been pleasant! My boys and I are all patients at the Horizon Med Spa Location in High Point NC. From the moment we walk in we are greeted professionally and quickly in a very welcoming and clean environment. Just received my first hair removal treatment. They offered a great deal on a package perfect for me. I chose to do my legs, under arms, and full Brazilian. I have never waxed due to shyness, but Alycia was very kind and understanding. She did everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience without being embarrassed about the treatment. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment. I wont' lie the Brazilian hurt more than my underarms and legs combined, but I'm looking forward to the final results. Overall, a great experience and staff was amazing

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tamara and Ashley take the time to make your visit pleasant. The Doctors are really attentive to all your needs and explain the procedures so you know exactly what the process will be. If you havent been then you need to try the new High Point location on 68 and you wont be disappointed.

I recently had a procedure at this facility and I would give an A++ experience satisfaction. The facility is super nice. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Ashley, Nurse Practitioner was able to answer all questions in a timely manner in a way that eased my mind and made me feel super comfortable. Dr Gimenez was super nice and even called me at home next day to check up on me. Tamera was also super sweet and helped ease my nerves and kept me smiling throughout the whole process. I have been getting treatments at Horizon and have been very pleased! It is easy to schedule appointments and I get a reminder for my upcoming appointments. All the staff are very friendly and make me feel at home. Tamara explained the process at the beginning and talks to me the whole time to make sure I’m relaxed and comfortable. There are several other procedures I plan to take advantage of that they offer! I highly recommend Horizon Med-Spa to everyone!
