Lake Cook Reporting prides itself in having some of the most experienced and capable certified reporting services in the Chicago area. All reporters utilized by our firm hold Illinois Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) licenses and Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) certifications as issued by the NCRA.
We normally respond to all inquiries within a few minutes during normal business hours, or the next business day if submitted on nights, weekends, or holidays. Our rooms are available without court reporter services for hourly, half day, and daily rentals, perfect for meetings, conferences, and more. Check out our testimonials and schedule today! We conduct test calls with each party to walk them through setting up Zoom or WebEx (Usually 5 minutes or less is all that is needed.). For exhibits, we will contact you in advance for brief training on screen sharing and related features. Our IT support will stay in the meeting for at least 15-30 minutes to ensure optimal video/audio quality for all participants.
