Bob and his crew installed drain tile and a sump pump in the first house we owned and did an amazing job. We had them back once we bought a new home to install a new sump pump and water backup system. I called him- two years later when we had a question about it and he was able to help us fix the problem right away! When our drain tile in our current home is ready to be replaced we will be using this company as well.

We had our 1915 stone foundation re-parged. What a great job. It took less than two days and everything was done very neatly. Mr. Waters did not try to up-sell me on anything and gave me some really helpful advice. I have absolutely no complaints.

Waters Basement did a great job installing a Dura Wall Slab Seal System and insulating the sill of our house. The job start to finish was done professionally. The basement is much drier and the mold and mildew on the walls is gone. Our basement is now a livable space again. The crew was polite and respectful throughout their time at the house and I would absolutely hire them again!

We had an excellent experience with Waters Basement Service. They willingly accommodated off-hours appointments and explained the process of repairing our basement cracks thoroughly.

Bob Waters and team are great to work with. They do not "hard" sell you into anything. They just give you the information you are asking for. They called me to let me know they were on their way, arrived as promised and were very prompt in getting the job done! Did not have to clean up after them at all! Highly recommend and will do business again!

I called Bob Waters from Waters Basement Services, Inc. on a Wednesday, he returned my call that day and scheduled me on Friday to have a crack fixed that ran from my basement window to the floor. He actually called on Thursday to confirm the time he was coming! He did an excellent job along with another employee. I would highly recommmend him to do work for you.
