Disappointed ! Have been in contact since Nov. about a water leak in my kitchen. Same man sent out twice, first time he gave me the bill to pay and get reimbursed, sent all copies of everything and still no one is calling me with any information...I have made an appointment to speak to a new Agent tomorrow....I am too old to wait years for a answer.

If I could give Tiffany Harmon a ZERO I would. She did NOTHING to help me! And don’t ever expect a phone call from her. She only communicates by email. She gives SAU a bad name for her poor customer service and agent responsibilities! I cancelled all 3 policies and went elsewhere.

If I could give Tiffany Harmon a zero, I sure as heck would. She put NO effort into helping me secure insurance on my new home last year. Commutation was terrible. She never responded to my inquiries. Additionally, I inquired about auto insurance later in the year, and she dropped the ball. The crowning glory of your poor business skills was allowing my home owners policy to lapse with no bill or notification. She didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, sending me an e-mail after business hours. My home has been uninsured for four days.

This insurance firm offers good fees, but terrible customer service. They sent a renewal to my previous address (that we had moved from 19 mos before) and then attempted to charge me a late fee. After reminding them I moved, they didn't send an updated bill, then wanted to increase the late fee. Even after complaining and telling them I was going to shop for new insurance, NOTHING - - no call, apology, etc. -- so, that is what I did, changed to another provider. Despite being a client with them for 4.5 years, it ALWAYS took 2-3 contacts with them to get a reply.

I advise anyone and everyone to stay away. Unfortunately I experienced credit card fraud from an employee at one of their locations. Police were involved and IP address located. Owner uncooperative with returning phone calls to officer. Very sad and disappointing!

Nothing is false about this claim. I understand you are protecting your business but a police report and a search warrant does not lie. The IP address was tracked down to one of your locations. Bottom line I experienced credit card fraud from one of your employees whether they obtained my information

Ben never responds to my emails or returns my phone calls. We used him based on a referral from our financial broker and after they got our home insurance underwritten, I haven't been able to get any other policy from them even though I tried multiple times before warning them that I would go to another insurance agency. I never received any email or call that they wanted to continue to have my business.
