They did a nice job with the install and the customer service was good. However it was supposed to be done on a Friday I flew in from down south and ended up needing to get a hotel room and rental car for Friday-Thursday because they where not done. ( my understanding this was due to Covid related illness)

Awesome company to rent from. They have a great selection of trailers and are very flexible with their schedule. There customer service is also amazing. One trailer I rented had a slow leak in the tire. I called them up and had a new tire put on within 30 minutes. Awesome employees and a great company. Thanks guys for all your help this summer!

I use Alaska Trailer sales whenever i need a trailer, they always have options and can rent out towing accessories at super reasonable prices when your ball hitch isn't the right size. Horrible customer service experience, nearly died on the highway due to defective tire.
Left ATR yard went directly to our jobsite, the parking lot of which had been re-sealed the week before (a job that requires sweeping and pressure washing the parking lot). loaded the dump trailer, the trailer never left the asphalt. drove down the hill on new seward towards fairview and noticed a little fishtailing. did not think to much of it, but on the eagle river hill I could not keep the trailer in my lane due to the fishtailing. I stopped and inspected the trailer. found nothing wrong and kept going

I rented a double axle trailer to haul some windows to a jobsite. The equipment was clean, in excellent condition, and trouble free. Lots of sizes and types to choose from. Service was friendly and helpful. Alaska Trailer Rentals is the place to go for do-it-yourself hauling! They'll definitely get my business again.

Alaska Trailer Rentals is hands down the best company to rent from. You can go to the big box chains and get terrible customer service or you can go to ATR and get a locally owned, small business, quality trailers. I rented from them multiple times now and have only had a awesome experience. They have a customer for life. Thank you ATR!

Oh man! Alaska Trailer Rentals is the best trailer rental business in Alaska. I went to the other guys first (well known franchise), and the equipment and customer service was horrendous. A friend suggested ATR and they take care of me. Ask for Britton, he hooked me up with exactly what I needed and he even picked up the trailer after I was done with it. I was hauling an old water heater and some broke down refrigerators and he set me up with a flat bed utility trailer that worked perfectly for the job. I am moving in a few months and will be renting an enclosed trailer from them for my move.

For all my trailer needs I will be renting from Alaska Trailer Rentals! This past weekend my boyfriend and I rented the 6 x 12 to haul his Polaris Ranger. It was a last minute rental and they were extremely helpful. They even had hitches for rent because we left ours at home. Wonderful customer service, the girl who helped me knew what she was doing and again, made everything less stressful. Thanks for everything Alaska Trailer Rentals!
