Drug laws are harsher in Idaho than in most states. The strongest sentences are for trafficking and sales, but possession can carry serious punishment too. Idaho is a particularly bad place to get arrested for a drug crime. Getting an excellent drug possession, sale, and trafficking lawyer is critical to ensuring that you protect your rights and have someone to defend you against the machinations of the state.

Craig Atkinson was the best! Craig represented my husband in a DUI case back in December 2020 and represented him well. He didn't sugar coat things and told my husband what to expect going in front of the Judge. He also met with us a couple times before court and answered all of our questions we sent him via emails.
If you have a DUI it is worth every cent to hire Craig. I know without a doubt my husbands sentence would have been more severe if it wasn't for Craig. Then to top it off he is an all around nice guy whom you are comfortable around and he is easy to talk to and there is no judgment

I did a lot of research on the various lawyers that were available in the treasure valley area and after reviewing reviews and other information Craig Atkinson came out to be my top choice.
Previously I have had many lawyers for child custody cases and to be honest I didn't like any of them. They didn't listen to my concerns and weren't very professional. Craig actually listened to my concerns was professional and responded quickly when I had questions. His services were also very fairly priced, all of my previous lawyers were more expensive.

I was greatly impressed by the professionalism of Atkinson and his colleagues. They were always helpful, warm, and understanding. Naturally, the experience of having to go to trial frightened me at first. However, I felt more and more comfortable once I had received their assistance. I was very impressed with how timely and efficient Atkinson Law were able to get me in for a consultation given I had a limited amount of time to find a lawyer and get the paperwork going. Craig was also very personable and understanding compared to other lawyers I had talked to about my situation. His experience in cases such as dui's definitely did help alleviate the stress of a difficult situation. I used Atkinson Law Office two years ago for a case and was very pleased with the office and staff. After seeing the reviews here for Dinko, I have to say that I did not have the same experience. I thought he was nice and performed his job well. Although my case is probably "cookie cutter" compared to a divorce, I was very happy with this office. Two years later Craig will still respond to an email or phone call with any law related help I might need. I can't imagine you can't go to him with any of your problems with his office!

Do NOT use Dinko for any legal matters. He does very little work, misrepresents the work he does do, and then refuses to return the remainder of your retainer to you. He quoted me a 3,000 retainer for a case, and then as soon as he found out who my ex-husbands lawyer was, he demanded another $2000, because "he hired one of the most expensive lawyers in town." Really? Craig Atkinson was a pleasure to work with, the small amount I did, however, stay away from Dinko.
