This was my first year to have my own business as a health coach. I met with Mark in November for consultation that helped set the course for my taxes being done easily and the consultation fee was applied to my tax prep fee. He helped me figure out apps and ways to track my expenses as well as set me up to pay quarterly this year. Great customer service and integrity plus extremely helpful and nice support staff!

We are an elderly couple with two social security and one pension income. For the first time in 47 years we were audited.I had filed online and couldn't figure out why we had not received our refund. Then we received a letter in the mail telling us that our return was still being processed. I had no clue what to do. I called Mark. One phone call was all it took. We got him the documents he needed to fix our problem and within a month we received our refund. Not only did Mark totally handle the problem, he greatly relieved my mind. After moving to the area from another state, having multiple W-2s, buying a house, etc. - I was so afraid that my tax-filing process would be a nightmare. I’ve had a bad experience with this book keeper. They told me that all the fees to close my business were paid and I owed nothing to the government. Six months later I was hit with a garnishment of 15.25 and a 100 dollar fee and they proceeded to blame it on the “new system” by the TN govt. They did not claim any responibility for making sure my account was clean before I closed my business and told me to ASK my bank for the fees back. They are nice but it was their mistake and they did not own up to it. I did not choose to argue with them, but I wanted to mention this experience. I always
