I just want to say the folks here are just AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! If I could give them 10-stars, I would. The mechanics, and staff are all top notched individuals that take personal pride in what they do. They go out of the way to make whatever you may need their #1 priority. When I broke down in Tennessee it would have been easier to take it somewhere else for repairs, however I traveled to Coastal rather than take it to my local shop in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Don't get me wrong the mechanic at Fredericksburg is top notch too, I just don't like the owner or his way of doing business

My SECOND time in shop was much different than first and needs to be noted, staff was very friendly, went above and beyond to answer my questions! I appreciate there help and they deserve a rating for there actions not just the words in a review. Thank you to the shop for changing my outlook on shop and brand! Great customer service!

Walked in looking at bikes. I was so comfortable no pressure very knowledgeable. Loved dave who was very helpful. Manager was amazing. The whole staff was amazing. Well I bought me a Indian. They all work together. I bought a Kawasaki before this from imotorsports will never buy there. These guys took time to go over everything. Can call anytime with issues love the no pressure. I will recommend you yo all my friend. Love you guys.

I was in the area on a motorcycle trip from Western New York State. Monday morning, April 5th, I noticed that I was running low on oil. Stopped by Coastal Indian and talked to the parts guy (I believe his name was Kevin). He had a mechanic check my bike out. Turns out, it really didn't need much oil. He also checked my tire pressure and belt tension while he had it. I was only charged for a quart of oil. If you live in the area and have an Indian, get it serviced here! They know how to treat customers! Told one of my riding buddy's about the service and he went back the next day and bought a tinted

Well I went in with my buddy just to do a test drive on the Indian motorcycles and I fell in love with the blue and white Polaris Slingshot. I asked a few questions and before they could talk me out of it I was signing paperwork and driving my new slingshot off the lot. I have had such a blast on it and the team at coastal made it an extremely easy buying process. I have had my service done here as well and they have been great to work with.
