I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the client / provider interaction. Elizabeth takes excellent care of my mother and pushes her, respectively, to exercise and drink more liquids. Seth was the perfect caregiver for Ray. Seth understood Ray's needs and frustrations. He was compassionate, understanding - helping Ray do what he tried so hard to do even helping him try to write.
When I have needed to make a change in the days of service or switched days the caregivers have always been very accommodating as well as the agency. This is appreciated. Patty is a very warm, caring person and she acknowledges Ray, talks to him, goes over and says good morning and when she leaves she goes over to him and says 'good-bye, have a good day' or 'have a good weekend.

We appreciate all the agency has done to provide wonderful help to my father in the home. It made it that much easier for my brother, sister and I to go to work and know that there was someone reliable to take care of him. It takes a special kind of person to care for others. Several of the healthcare aids went above and beyond what they had to do to care for our father. It was so appreciated!
You have a wonderful group of people in your office. We are grateful to all of you as well. Any questions/issues we had, were addressed promptly.
Our sincere appreciation.

I have nothing but great things to say about the caregivers for my mother and the NPLH office staff. We had two sessions with caregivers each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The caregivers were always on time, attentive to my mother's needs and desires. All the caregivers were bright, cheerful and each gave a little extra to brighten my mother's day. In addition the house was maintained in a manner that met with my mother's approval. Most important they initiated communications with me and kept me in the loop if they noticed some change in my mother or if some incident occurred
