As a commercial broker our transactions often are complex and unique. I cannot think of a single time in the last 5 years that Resolutions has been unable to resolve something that has come up. This is a great company full of amazing associates that are efficient and knowledgeable. I have to say that this title company is the worst we've worked with. We used them for our home purchase with the recommendations from our realtor. Two major things went wrong, first, our large wire deposit was "lost" even though it was in their possession. We had to dig through our bank records, speak to our bank (for 3 hours!) and once we proved that it was in their hands, they were able to locate it. No apologies were given until we threatened to change title companies. Second thing is that they did not have the proper paperwork for our closing. If our mortgage company representative wasn't
