No matter what I choose on the menu, it does not taste fresh. The service is excellent, and everyone is so polite and kind but the food lacks flavor. Feels like they use only canned sauces.

Good food, good service. Chips and salsa is very good also the burritos and chimichanga. Will go back for sure

Hopefully they improve but I have come here for great food and lately it's been subpar. There is a posted staff shortage sign so we expected long wait times on both seating and food. Neither was the case as we were seated almost immediately and food was out almost as quickly as our drinks. That was the issue. Totally bland and lacking spice. I got the birria(on the waiters recommendation and she got enchiladas. I've had better flavor at taco John's. My birria was like soupy and wet and tasted like potroast. The sauce wasn't even red(if you know birria, you know how it's to be cooked) her enchiladas

I always get great service here. They have all the usual dishes that any Mexican restaurant has, but they also have a nice specialties section. Great happy hour prices on adult beverages.

Menu has changed. Chili relleno WAS my favorite. Came out cold. Service is okay. Margaritas good. Needed to flag server few times. In a group of 10. You would think server would be all over larger group. Had to ask for more water. Had fajitas this time. Good. Different cooks, different quality of food. 🤔. I go back because my Caucasian mother in law likes it.

Went by for a drink at 4pm on a Friday; no service in the bar & they discouraged us from the patio, saying they didn't have enough service. We said we could just order inside/drinks only & take them outside, no service needed......after we were out of drinks, another server showed up. We were not being difficult & didn't need/want service for 1 drink on the patio but they insisted on bringing out chips & salsa.....what? BOTTOM LINE: Not an easy place for low service needs or quick drinks for happy hour!

We've been here about a half dozen times and always loved it. Tonight was super special, we came here for a quiet evening and it delivered. Now only was the food amazing and the service was fast but this was the first time we've tried margaritas. When we tried their blended strawberry margarita we found out that my wife doesn't like tequila, rather than just taking it away our server offered to make her their house margaritas and it has become her new favorite drink!
Service alone will always get our business but the food, from the chips and made in house salsa to the main dishes everything was

Frozen margarita was not very good, had a strong "cheap" tequila taste that was hard to get past. Queso fundito was delish. Entrees were pretty good and large. Overall price was fantastic.

The food here is ok. The house margaritas are pretty dang good. This restaurant is rarely busy. Maybe the reason is the service. We have never had a server who was pleasant at all. Tonight we arrived later in the evening, around 9:30. They began turning off televisions, (which were were watching) , putting up chairs and cleaning around patrons. So even though the atmosphere could be nice, it was ruined by this activity. The hours on Saturday are until 10:30. Chairs were going up at 10. When we left at 10:40pm on 3/16/19, the place was basically shut down and we felt like a burden to the staff who

Taco salad has a lot of sour cream. In this case our bowl ended up as taco soup since the hot chicken had a lot of extra liquid. It tasted fine but it might be better to get the sour cream on the side. We got the guacamole on the side which is why it's missing from the picture.
We have been back a few times since my first visit. This place has been pretty solid with my friends who I've introduced all enjoying it.
Do try the jaimaca drink for something different. It's very palatable for someone who doesn't want something weird but just different from the norm. The glass it came in was
