We provide quality ducted vacuum systems that provide superior cleaning results to make your life easier. Change the lighting scene of any area of your home to suit the occasion from the wall, tablet or smartphone.
Before we begin, it's important for us to meet with you, discuss your needs, and propose the right set of systems to fit your budget. This is typically done on the jobsite or at our offices looking through plans and preparing for the next steps of design and pre-wiring. We know how serious of an investment our services are.
Home Theaters don't have to be massively large rooms to be successful or credible. Our client's theater room was fairly narrow in width, but that dimension didn't slow us from creating a top performing theater. We used a 3 seat wide installation with 3 rows in depth. The reception to the theater and its design has been terrific.

I contacted Florida Smart Homes to fix some of the issues with my current home theater system and they did a great job. Phil at the shop was organized, friendly, and professional. They showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable about their the products and were able to address and fix all the issues I had. Rich (installer) went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. These guys are true professionals.

Best in Class Home Automation - Just Contracted for Second Home
I used Florida Smart Homes to a complete home automation package for my first home in Winter Park, including camera security, AC, and AV with touch pad technology. The fully integrated solution allows me to manage everything from my phone, a remote, or a touch pad. I can easily control different zones (the pool area, living room, dining room, guest room, etc.) so everyone can enjoy their own entertainment. The system is dummy-proof. The best part of Florida Smart Homes is working with Vince and his team, especially Rich and Brian

Florida Smart Homes is a 5 Star company in our books. Building a new home you want to believe your builder is always looking out for you and helping you to achieve the best quality work.
