BILL IS AWESOME!!!! He is an IT wizard genius magician! He is super quick at responding and very patient. :) He's helped our office with ~30 people and everyone loves him, but I'm the most tech challenged person there. Silicon Valley Systems handled the IT needs of about 20-25 work stations at my office flawlessly, including moving the outdated server out of the closet, modernizing the wifi network and setting up new email accounts. The work was done very fast and Bill was always very responsive to individual requests and anticipated potential problems, not just the ones that had materialized. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any IT issues.

It's difficult for a small business to find an IT company that has your best interest at heart while being reasonable on their pricing. Let me just say that Bill from Silicon Valley Systems will make sure your business is well protected and always taken care of.
I have a small medical practice and needed some help with improving security while setting up VPN access to my server. Bill was very helpful in choosing a router that met our needs but did not break the bank. Many IT professionals will try to sell you equipment and services that are geared for larger businesses and will end up costing
