During a nutritional therapy session our functional nutritional therapy practitioner will take a deep dive into your current diet and help you optimize it for your individual health goals.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that can relieve pain, increase healing, and reduce symptoms of illness or discomfort. It comes from the Japanese words "rei" meaning universal, and"ki" meaning life energy. Reiki channels this universal healing energy allowing it to permeate the body to increase relaxation, balance, amplify the body's natural healing process (stimulate the vis), and develop mental, emotional, and spiritual well being.
My 1st review about Serenity Holistic Health was about me being optimistic about my care with Taryn Cass. Well let me say this Dr. Cass is changing my life for the better her non judgmental, caring, understanding, unwavering support is just the tip of the iceberg. Dr Cass knows her stuff and will help you get back to being your best self.
Dr. Winkelmann's journey in medicine began at a young age when traditional (allopathic) medicine just wasn't helping anymore. He bounced around from doctor to doctor with little improvement in his health. It was not until he started seeing practitioners in the complimentary and alternative medicine community that he really started experiencing true health.

Kari was wonderful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. The room was incredibly clean, and it was clear the establishment was keeping up with all covid restrictions. Everyone working wore a mask, and there was only a few people in the building. This made social distancing much more of a reality when possible. I was never pressured to purchase any additional items, but there were several products available at the check out. Kari was so wonderful, and would check in regularly with the amount of pressure she was applying during the massage. I will definitely be returning

I go here a few times a year to fix what ails me and I always leave feeling like I took a great nap and got a hug from a good friend. I recommend it highly! And if you're scared of needles I totally get it, but I'll say this: it's not like getting a shot at the doctor's office! You will lie down on a comfortable bed in a quiet, peaceful room and listen to the ambient spa music. No harsh lights, no loud, scratchy paper on the exam table, no hurried conversations with the nurses and doctors. This is a place for comfort, not just healing.

A friend let me know about Serenity and I’m so happy she did. I have fibromyalgia and am in constant pain, some of it so sharp I find it hard to stand and walk long distance/time. Maureen took the time to understand my symptoms and after the first attempt not helping, she flipped things up and I had success. I will continue to go back and feel normal!! Thank you!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cass. I have never had a doctors appointment quite like this. She took the time to actually listen to me. I never felt rushed and was able to talk about everything I wanted to. It was so refreshing to walk out with a treatment plan that actually made sense to me and addressed all my issues, not just a prescription for more drugs. Most importantly she put me back in charge of my own health and taught me a thing or two along the way. Healthcare needs more people like her!

I don't understand how acupuncture works, but I don't care. I'm a believer. I came to Annie with a variety of physical issues -- mostly minor but uncomfortable -- and I noticed a big difference from the first treatment. I was a bit nervous about the needles at first, but they are so thin I barely felt them. I now find the treatments very relaxing. I am at the point where I only go monthly, but my body protests if I go beyond that.

I used to see Caroline for acupuncture last summer and it was wonderful! It's not currently in the budget but my husband did gift me with another massage by Tai for Mother's Day. God bless those hands! She always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease, pleasant to talk to about whatever pops into my head. Parking is easy in front or on the side streets. Highly recommend!

Annie is a delight! You can see the passion in her for wanting to heal, to make her Clients comfortable again, to help. I went to see her for help in mending a broken ankle (I didn't even know acupuncture would help with that!) and later on for severe seasonal allergies and sinus issues. Her treatment helped with fast healing of my ankle and taming down of my allergies. I wasn't a believer until I went to her! She's the real deal.

At 42 weeks, I was ready to try anything, even though I had never had acupuncture before. My midwife recommended it, and a lot of acquaintances had recommended Serenity in particular.
Two key points:
1. It does not hurt. In fact, laying in the quite, calming room was so relaxing I think I might have drifted off to sleep. I barely felt the needles and there was no pain.
2. I went into labor 24 hours after the treatment

I saw Annie, the owner, for Acupuncture during the end of my 2nd pregnancy- which gave me great comfort and relief. Then during my labor she was my doula and used acupuncture (and some acupressure) to help move things along and relieve pain naturally. It was amazing!! I was blown away by what a difference this made. I am continuing to see her because she is so talented and effective. I have been to many other places for acupuncture and no one compares- she is so calming and seriously has the magic touch. Also, Serenity is such a lovely, healing space and I have always been treated so kindly there

I was treated today by Brynn Medlar and can't emphasize enough on how much I loved her and how much she helped me. She treated me with cupping, essential oils, and reiki. I have had severe shoulder pain for weeks now and it is completely gone. Brynn is very professional but also has a very sweet nurturing energy about her. I highly recommend that you go see her! You won't regret it!

I can honestly say, one session with Annie made me a believer!!!! I have suffered from migraines since I was about 16 years old that last about 2-3 weeks at a time. I suffer from auras, dizziness, vomiting and odor, light and sound sensitivity. I took every medicine in the book. CT scans, MRIs and MRAs and no one ever figured out why. The space is very comforting and always relaxing. Imagine walking out feeling refreshed, usually with immediate and lasting results. I've been seeing Kat for about a year for chronic pain bi-weekly tune ups and the occasional congestion and digestive issues. She is genuinely caring and knowledgeable. I go to Tricia for acupuncture/cupping and also see Tai for massages. Both women are miracle workers. By far the best acupuncturist and masseuse I have EVER been too. Both women love their jobs and are talented and it shows!

I am a pretty "western" person as far as medicine goes. My father was a doctor and my husband works for a medical school. I approached Serenity Acupuncture with a lot of curiosity and a certain amount of skepticism. But today I became a believer.
