From the beginning everyone at JC was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my new insurance didn't cover them. That didn't stop Karen from going out of her way and not only calling my insurance to see if JC could start carrying their insurance just so I wouldn't have to look around, but informed me that instead of having to return my medical device, it was only a month from being paid off. It's now mine. I highly recommend this company with flying colors.

I went today for a sleep component fitting. Stacey was assigned to handle my complaint of leaking face mask. She was very knowledgeable and competent as she explained everything in detail. She presented some new scenarios that might be the cause of my sleep problem. Overall I was greatly pleased with her expertise and service attitude.

Each staff member that I interacted with at JC Home Medical was fantastic. They are very friendly, professional and helpful. They took the initiative to check and recheck with insurance and received the best coverage. They explained the use of the equipment very thoroughly. I am very impressed with JC Home Medical. My experience with this company has been excellent. I have bought various types of medical equipment from them for use at home and have also contracted with them for services to be provided along with rental equipment that requires regular monitoring by their professional staff. Speaking of their staff, I have been impressed by the quality of their people such as Rey Saulog, the very knowledgeable and gracious Warehouse Manager. There is a lot of sophisticated equipment in their warehouse and Rey and the people working for him are experts on all of it.

Is not deservant of one star , extremely unethical business practices , they got me a brace for each of my 2 knees and told me there would be no charge for either as Im on Social Security Disability and don't want anything I cannot afford , I was assured there would be no charge by the rep who delivered the first knee brace and was in and out of my home in less than 5 minutes , just sign that you received the brace . My insurance was billed 1250.00 dollars if that they paid 750.00 then I receive a bill for 188.00 dollars called them up and spoke to their billing clerk and supv. , I asked that

Funny 1 yr later still same poor CS. Called in 2 weeks ago to place order. No supplies, so I f/u... I am asked repeatedly whom did I speak with.. who knows didn't know I needed to keep a log, because apparently whoever took my re-order request did nothing. So I am switched Mgr M. She apologizes and says we will take care of this right away. I confirmed need for prior-auth from ins company, so more delays now. Hold your horses... Today I call back as f/u only to be told that wait for it.... I need supply order/prescription from my doctor Because they Never had one. Which is total hogwash since
