Needed to update review:
I did purchase my first Kabota tractor, the expirience was very hassle free, Karl was very helpful completing the paperwork and securing the outstanding financing. When they delivered the tractor the driver took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions and assured me they were here if I needed more help at anytime. Well I did have to call them after a pin snapped on the tractor during first use. This I spoke with Bruce in service Dept. I have to say this was another outstanding expirience, he asked

I went in not knowing what I would need for a plumbing project for my washer in my RV and the young man who waited on me was very diligent in finding a solution to my problems and he and an associate finally were successful and I walked out of there a satisfied customer, you won't find service like that at a bigger box store like Lowe's. Thanks Ace Hardware!! I will be back, it's all about service...
