First off, Dave is a phenomenal negotiator. When it comes to presenting offers and dealing with the intro stages of a real estate transaction he is definitely the guy you want in your corner. Second, for almost 15 years, he's worked in every area of the real estate field encompassing everything from the finance side to builder then project manager and now agent. He's one of the most well rounded agents you will find. Lastly and most important; he truly cares about his clients and that's a rarity in this industry. To find all of these elements working on your side is very uncommon. I highly recommend
