Vincent's Shoe Repair is a family operated business which has proudly served the community for over 50 years. We are a full service repair shop. There is almost nothing we can't fix. We fix dress shoes, pumps, comfort shoes, sandals, cowboy boots, construction boots. We fix purses, belts, luggages, backpacks, sporting equipment.

Recently took in a pair of Dr. Martens that I ruined (or thought I had). Water + sun = sad wrinkly boots that wouldn't even go on my feet because they were so badly warped on the inside! I brought them in and two weeks later BAM - I received my new shoes that look like the day I bought them. I could not believe my eyes!! These guys are magicians. Don't trust anyone else!

I have been going to Vincent’s Shoe Repair for 30 years when they were in a different location. A pair of shoes that I have had 25-30 years have been taken to Vincent’s to have soled and heels at least three times. I still wear them. When I pick up a pair of shoes they look like new, polished, buffed and ready to wear for another 10 years. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Old-school shoe repair shop BUT very clean, organized and nice leather merchandise for sale along with products for shoes etc. The owner is super nice and helpful. I brought in a pair of shoes that needed elastic replaced on the strap. Price was what I had expected and was ready a week later. Good job - I'm very pleased and recommend highly. Will return to Vincent's if needed again.

Chris is the very best! I had a pair of Birkenstock’s that needed a little work and after calling 3 different places who explained nothing (and just told me it would be 90$) i was about to give up and not fix them. then I called Vincent’s and Chris answered the phone and went over the problem I was having and offered me many different solutions, at a way better price, and I came right in. I like that he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why the cost is what it is. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel good about leaving my favorite pair of shoes there!

I couldn't be happier. My shoes that I thought were beyond resurrection look amazing, the pricing was totally reasonable, and the turnaround was really fast. I had one pair of men's shoes totally resoled, new taps put on a pair of heels ( which he then redyed at no charge!) another pair of oxfords selectively dyed and some patent flats stretched in the toe box(with NO rippling) all for $60. They all look amazing!

Had a pair of boots that i had thought had lived their life. All the concerts, dance bars, all the good memories i was bummed that i had to throw them away. I figured I’d take a chance and take them to Vincent’s and see what could be done for me. They killed it. They look better than brand new. Thanks so much for helping me out. More than satisfied customer.

I had two pairs of shoes, some Kennith Cole Sneakers, and Leather Oxfords. They did a great job on each and even cleaned and polished my leather shoes for free! The staff is very knowledgeable and I ended up buying a couple of things to take care of my other shoes. I will say make sure to call before picking your shoes up, I had to wait a few minutes to pick up mine while they finished them, no biggie for me but if your in a hurry, could be crucial!

Drove all the way up from city of Irvine just to go to this particular shop. They really care about pleasing the customers. I have had many custom belts made from scratch and was very pleased. I have had shoe shines (shoes look like new for $10) many shoe repairs (heels) done there as well... all were fantastic workmanship, very reasonable prices and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them! Today I needed a pair of shoes cleaned up and shined within an hour and dropped them off along with 4 other pairs as well… We went and had lunch downtown.
