Wills Property Maintenance, LLC is a family owned and operated company. The owner, Richard Wills has over 40 years of experience in tree care. In 1971 at the age of 12 he began working in the summer as a groundman for his uncle who owned his own tree service company. At 16 he became a climber and through the years he developed a passion for the challenges in tree removal and proper pruning techniques.
In 1984 he started his own tree service company. At that time his wife Paula joined on as the office manager. From 1984 until 1996 the company provided it's customers with tree related services. Then in 1996, due to an overwhelming demand from his customers to provide additional property services, he renamed his company Wills Property Maintenance, LLC to accommodate these requests.

Customers often ask how high or low the grass should be. The answer is simple depending on grass type. Grass type is broken down into two groups, Cool-season grass and warm-Season Grass. Cool season grass such as Kentucky Bluegrass in the peak of the season should range from 3" - 4" in length. Warm-season grass such as Zoysia grass should range from 1" - 3" in length.
