This engagement session was so much fun to shoot - April in downtown Indy is perfect for portraits, with all of the flowering trees. We caught some great moments, which was easy with these two. Their energy is amazing and it definitely shows in the photos. I love all of the coloring in these photographs - but I especially love how the red pops in those first photographs!

I am an Indianapolis wedding photographer who focuses on photographing real moments for awesome, down-to-earth people. I also love to photograph family and engagement sessions. My approach to photographing weddings is to observe and capture images that may otherwise be missed or forgotten while you are in the moment.

I always emphasize that we discuss your wishes prior to your scheduled session. It's important to get all of the planning taken care of before the big day so that our time together can be relaxed and fun. A retainer equal to 50% of the session fee and signed contract is required to reserve your time and date for all portrait sessions (other than those included in wedding packages).
Please inquire about special collections for small weddings, backyard weddings, courthouse wedding and elopements. Alternative collections also available for Monday - Thursday celebrations and those booking less than two months out from their wedding date. All couples have a unique plan for their wedding day and the photography is a very important component.
It fills me with such gratitude to have beautiful, kind words returned from my clients when I deliver their images. Anne was amazing. Having a good photographer for our wedding was very important to me, so I looked in to a lot of different people to shoot our wedding. Anne's portfolio stood out to me.

I hired Anne to shoot my engagement photos and I could not be more pleased with her work!!! Anne corresponded with me before the shoot took place and, trust me, I had a definite idea in mind of exactly how I wanted the photos to look. She listened to all of my ideas and really made my vision of "woodland chic" come together.

Anne was an absolutely blessing for us. She took our engagement photos for our wedding and they turned out absolutely beautiful. :) Not only was our wedding last minute and she was able to get us in, but she suggested several beautiful locations in Austin where we ended up taking our pictures and they turned out so wonderful. Anne was very professional and friendly which was great to have on our wedding journey. When I got our photos back I was beyond ecstatic at how perfect they turned out. I plan to recommend her to all of my friends and family who needs pictures taken.
