This place is very unprofessional and has poor customer service. The workers there seem to have very little experience. I've never encountered such rude service. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Great staff! Very helpful and courteous. They accept medicaid and Medicare too.

I stopped in and asked how much a vision test was. The lady, that used her office chair to wheel around without standing up for 2 seconds, said We don’t have an optometrist here.
Me- Ok ...where is one?
Her- Where they do eye exams!
Me- Copied her - Where they do eye exams. SMH Walked out.

Loved this place, Able to get a lot for my money, including transition lenses and so on ,I found it was a local family owned business. Very personalized service. Lots of frames , great price, good people.

Well I’ve been going to Payless Optical for several years but after my treatment the past two visits, that’s going to change. My frame was broken and came in to get a fix. The lady was busy watching a video on her phone and said with the number of employees she had she could not get to the warehouse for a few days. Keep in mind this was my only pair of glasses that I owned but I said that fine. Two days later I called and the lady said they weren’t ready. I emphasized that I needed my glasses. On this special day and also very wonderful I was over whelmed with joy! Just to give u a characterization about this wonderful and not limited to or in a subjective but very uniquely experience of me overwhelmed and at last! But I mean the level of selflessness, integrity and character. Just to put things in a very out spoken perspective knowing, identifying but characterized level of availability understanding, yet so much compassion through human relations we are all uniquely the same but not subjective to the understanding and willful knowledge of priority and people first always is forever

We have been going here for years for my childrens glasses. It's hard to find an optical dispensary that takes Medicaid.I went there for myself recently. As always, the staff was friendly and courteous. I would have rated 5 stars; however, they did not offer an adjustment (and they never did for my kids either). Something that is always needed to get your glasses straight and feeling proper.

After many pairs of glasses and being a very long term client I kicked these birds to the curb. I had many reservations about the owner’s attitude however, on my last visit my suspicions were confirmed . She is just not a nice person and she did not stand behind the product in which she sold. For that I walked out of the place for the last time and went to a A reputable company whom stand by the company’s word. Good bye forever .

The ladies can be rude but I don’t care I have been using this same place since my first frame when I was 8. I still remember the lady had a frame that was real gold that she was holding and she sold it to me because she saw how reserved I was about getting glasses. I have been a loyal customer since then and will continue to be one and refer people to them

My first visit was pleasant. My second visit was pleasant. When I had to go back a THIRD time over the same pair of glasses, it was very rude. They do NOT tell you that you can't get a refund on a purchase when they screw it up. I mean, seriously....I loved both pair of glasses I chose and paid for, but one pair was causing me serious headaches. Obviously, though they say there's nothing wrong with them, there's something off in the lenses as I can feel my eye pulling to the left when I put them on. I was told, hatefully, that one time and one time only I can exchange the glasses. I found nothing
